Trust Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. ("Romania Manpower", "we", "us") operates romaniamanpower.com. We are a licensed international recruitment agency connecting Asian talent with European employers.

2. Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly — name, email, phone, CV, trade and experience details — when you fill in a form, apply for a role or contact us. We also collect device and usage data automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) via cookies and analytics tools.

• To process job applications and match candidates with employers

• To manage work-permit, visa and TRC documentation

4. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data on the basis of: consent (where you have opted in); contractual necessity (to fulfil recruitment services); legitimate interest (to improve our services and communicate with you); and legal obligation (compliance with immigration and labour law).

We share candidate data with prospective employers as part of the recruitment process. We may also share data with government authorities (for permit/visa processing), trusted service providers (hosting, analytics), and legal advisors when required by law. We never sell your data.

6. International data transfers

Your data may be transferred between India, Romania and other EU/EEA countries as part of our recruitment operations. Where data is transferred outside the EEA, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses.

7. Data retention

We retain candidate data for up to 3 years after the last interaction, or longer where required for legal compliance. Employer data is retained for the duration of the business relationship plus 5 years. You may request deletion at any time.

8. Your rights

9. Security

We implement technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption, access controls and regular security audits. However, no internet transmission is 100% secure.

10. No fees to workers

We never charge workers a placement fee. All recruitment costs are borne by the employer. If anyone asks you to pay for a job through Romania Manpower, please report it to us immediately.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
