Production Line Operator

About the role

PolTech Sp. is a major electronics and appliance manufacturer supplying European retailers. Our Łódź factory is scaling production and requires operators for assembly, quality inspection and packaging lines.

What you'll do

• Operate and monitor automated assembly line machinery
• Perform visual and mechanical quality inspections on finished products
• Pack and label products according to order specifications
• Report production defects and machine malfunctions to supervisors
• Maintain a clean and organised workstation

What we're looking for

• No previous manufacturing experience required u2014 full training provided
• Manual dexterity and attention to detail
• Comfortable standing for extended periods and working shifts
• Willingness to follow safety and quality procedures strictly
