We are hiring reliable Construction Workers to join our execution team for on-site support in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects. The role focuses exclusively on site preparation, material handling, assisting skilled trades, and maintaining site safety according to Romanian construction standards and project requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform site preparation tasks including clearing debris, digging trenches, and leveling ground.
  • Load, unload, and move construction materials (bricks, cement, steel, tools) to required work areas.
  • Assist skilled tradespeople (Masons, Carpenters, Electricians) in their daily execution tasks.
  • Operate basic construction tools and equipment such as mixers, drills, and pneumatic hammers.
  • Ensure the workplace is kept clean, organized, and safe according to site safety regulations.

Construction Tasks & Scope

  • Site Logistics: Efficient material movement, scaffolding support, and site storage organization.
  • Foundations & Groundwork: Excavation support, trenching, and basic concrete pouring assistance.
  • Structural Support: Assisting in shuttering, steel tying, and brick/block masonry work.
  • Site Maintenance: Waste management, hazardous material removal, and general site sanitization.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience as a Construction Worker or General Laborer in large-scale projects.
  • Familiarity with various construction tools and machinery.
  • Basic understanding of construction site safety protocols (PPE usage, etc.).
  • Strong work ethic, discipline, and the ability to follow supervisor instructions precisely.

Physical & Other Requirements

  • High physical stamina and strength for manual labor.
  • Ability to work at heights and confined spaces.
  • Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Romania.
  • Basic English communication skills.
