Key Responsibilities

Mix cleaning agents and detergents to the correct consistency according to surface types and safety requirements.

Check alignment of furniture and replenishment of guest amenities using precision and aesthetic standards to ensure guest satisfaction.

Perform room preparation tasks, including bed making, vacuuming, and dusting raw surfaces using professional tools.

Execute basic deep-cleaning and finishing tasks on guest facilities to prepare them for the next arrival shift.

Maintain workplace cleanliness and strictly follow health and safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure structural hygiene quality.
Housekeeping Operations & Scope

Environmental Maintenance: High-standard cleaning and sanitization for international, commercial, and resort dining/lodging operations.

Room Turnover: High-speed and precise preparation of guest rooms for large-scale hotel operations.

Inventory Control: Assisting in the setup of guide lines, linen profiles, and guest supply inventory for daily activities.

Equipment Handling: Expert use of industrial vacuum cleaners, floor polishers, steam cleaners, and precision sanitation instruments.
Qualifications & Skills

Relevant Vocational Training or practical experience in Housekeeping/Facility Management – highly appreciated.

Minimum 1–3 years’ experience as a Room Attendant or Housekeeper in professional hotels or hospitals.

Strong ability to read and follow hygiene charts, chemical safety technical manuals, and site instructions.

Hands-on experience with various cleaning methods, chemical bonding patterns, and structural sanitation techniques.

Basic English communication skills to coordinate with the site supervision and guest relations team.
Physical & Other Requirements

High physical stamina for manual labor, including bending, lifting, and standing for long hours in a busy environment.

Ability to maintain focus and precision during repetitive cleaning tasks and fast-paced turnover levels.

Willingness to relocate and work on-site in Romania for a long-term or seasonal extendable contract.
