Cook & Cook Assistant — Hotels & Restaurants

About the role

Reputed hotels, resorts and restaurants across Bucharest and Brașov, Romania are hiring experienced cooks and cook assistants. Full board and lodging included.

What you'll do

• Prepare and cook meals according to restaurant/hotel menu standards
• Assist the head chef in daily kitchen operations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen
• Manage food inventory and minimise waste
• Follow food safety regulations and HACCP guidelines

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1u20132 years of experience in a commercial kitchen
• Knowledge of international or continental cuisine preferred
• Valid passport with minimum 12 months validity
• Basic English communication skills preferred
