Chef de Partie

About the role

Alpina Resorts is a luxury ski and spa resort group in the Austrian Tyrol. We are hiring chefs de partie to lead kitchen sections for our upcoming winter season, with potential extension into the summer season.

What you'll do

• Manage and prepare dishes for an assigned kitchen section (grill, sautu00e9, pastry)
• Supervise commis chefs and kitchen assistants in your section
• Ensure consistent food quality and presentation to resort standards
• Manage section mise-en-place, stock levels and freshness rotation
• Maintain HACCP compliance and kitchen hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years professional kitchen experience in a hotel or restaurant
• Culinary diploma or equivalent trade qualification
• Experience with European/continental cuisine preferred
• Basic English communication skills
