About the role
Sonnenhof operates a chain of premium elderly-care homes in the Stuttgart metropolitan area. We are seeking compassionate care assistants to support daily living activities for our residents. Full training is provided, including German language courses.
What you'll do
- Assist residents with daily activities: bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding
- Accompany residents to appointments and recreational activities
- Monitor and report changes in residents' health or behaviour
- Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents' living spaces
- Support nursing staff with basic medical tasks under supervision
What we're looking for
- Compassionate, patient and respectful personality
- Previous care-giving or nursing assistant experience preferred
- Basic German (A2) or English u2014 German language course provided
- Physically fit for lifting and mobility assistance
