4. No placement fees for workers

We never charge workers a placement or recruitment fee. All costs are covered by the employer. If anyone claiming to represent Romania Manpower asks you for money, report it immediately to info@romaniamanpower.com.

5. Candidate responsibilities

• Provide accurate, truthful information in applications
• Respond to communications from our team in a timely manner
• Comply with all visa, immigration and employment laws
• Attend scheduled interviews and assessments

6. Employer responsibilities

• Provide accurate role descriptions, terms and working conditions
• Comply with all labour, immigration and employment laws
• Provide safe and legal working conditions for placed workers
• Pay all agreed recruitment fees and employer contributions

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and design — is owned by Trust Manpower Solutions Pvt. Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute or modify our content without written permission.

8. Acceptable use
